Vintage Isuzu Electric Thermo Hydrograph 1957 Japan instrument weather

This is a rare piece of instrumentation. It is an Isuzu Electric Thermo-hydrograph which I think was manufactured in Feb, 1957. A battery was put in the instrument, and the red light turned on. However, the copper hairs are broken and need to be replaced, and that could be the reason that it does not work. It has not been tested, and I am selling as not working. It is a chart reader and measures temperature and humidity, either 1 day, 1 week or 1 month recordings. The paper also needs to be replaced. Please refer to the photographs.
