Vintage Guillotine Adolf Ehinger germany Picola

This is a vintage Guillotine made in Germany. It is heavy duty, and so well made. It has a sticker on the back, EBA Maschinenfabrik, Adolf Ehinger GmbH, Model Picola 360, 1985. It cuts cardboard beautifully. Please refer to the photographs.
It is been sold in used condition, so there are some marks on the metal. The bottom of the base, there are two feet on the right hand side, but none on the left. I am unsure if it is meant to be on a slight angle, tilting to one side to make it easier to cut. Please refer to the photographs.
