Vintage book the problem of Population Harold Cox YLBT4

This is a vintage hardcover book called “The problem of Population ” by Harold Cox first published in 1922.  It is an ex library book. All the binding is in tact, but there is yellowing and age spots to the pages. This is a very rare book, and very hard to find a 1st edition. The chapters inclide: The Arithmetic of the problem, The economics of the problem, War and population, Social progress, Racial improvement, and the ethics of birth control.   Please refer to the photographs.
