This is a vintage  hardcover book called “Love in the Doghouse ” by Mary Bishop, 1st printing, 1962 by Hammond & Company.   The pages are all in tact, and there is some yellowing to pages. The dust jacket has fabulous graphics but does show some  wear with creasing and tears to the edges, but overall, this book is in excellent condition.   Please refer to the photographs.
