This is a vintage hard cover book  called ” 50 famous Australians” written by professor G. V . Portus, published 1950s. The pages are all in tact, and there is some yellowing to the pages. There is no publication date, but was printed by the Herald Sun. Some of the 50 people include: Sir Thomas Mitchell, Chalres Sturt, Hamilton Hume, Robert O’hara Burke, Arthur Phillip, William Charles Wentworth, Sir Henry Parkes, Peter Lalor, Sir John Monash, Alfred Deakin, John Curtain, Dame Enid Lyons, and so many more.
