Antique book The life of Jeanne D’albert Queen of Navarre by Martha Walker Freer 1861?

This is a very old book of ” The life of Jeanne D’albert Queen of Navarre” by Martha Walker Freer. There is no date published in the book, but the writer was born 1822-1888. I did find the same book and publisher online which states it was printed in 1861.  The printer is “John Childs and Sons”.

This book is very delicate and is starting to come loose at the binding, especially the top pages. It is a hard cover and the cover binding is also pulling away. All the pages are there. Please refer to the photographs.
