This is an original 1945 topographical map titled “Isthmus of Kra”, covering southern Thailand and Burma (Myanmar) between the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand. It was compiled, drawn, and photo-zinographed by the Survey of India as part of the HIND 5000 series (Sheet NC 47, Fifth Edition, 1945). The map details the narrow Kra Isthmus with elevation contours, rivers, railways, and boundaries, annotated in both English and French.
