Vintage watercolour print Chinese Restaurant Metal glass frame BLAt2

I think this is a print, it is framed behind glass. It looks to be a water colour , Chinese Restaurant. The frame is metal, gold colour which has a few surface scratches.  . It could be Murray Zanoin 86. It has been professionally mounted by Ivanhoe picture framing and gallery.

Dimensions: 24  cm L x 24 cm H

This may be an original artwork, but I am not 100% sure, so I am selling as a print, as this came from an Art Gallery in Ivanhoe. This may also be the artist Murray Zanoin, as I am selling another artwork, from the same art gallery as this one
