Vintage tooled Leather Egyptian Souvenir photo album folder artist pad 6WTPL

This is a lovely souvenir from Egypt, date bought on August 22nd 1960.  It is all made from leather and hand painted. It is in nice vintage condition, but there are a few marks on the leather. Inside looks to be recycled cardboard, with some pages having tissue paper. I am assuming this album is for photographs, or an artist folder. The colours are vibrant with all the wonderful illustrations on the front and back. It is inscribed on the first page, My trashy Album from Port Said Diddled 7/ for this August 22nd 1960.
