Vintage Animal Fur Pelt Taxidermy Large Thick Bristly Alpine Style 🦩 E2

This is a very large vintage animal fur pelt, possibly from an Alpine or similar mountainous animal. The fur is long, thick, and bristly, and the pelt has been hand-stitched from multiple pieces.

Origin unknown, this item came from a lot of American Indian collectibles, including a bow and arrow and a large statue, and may have been used for display purposes.

Please note:

• The fur is old and does shed (molts), as seen in the photos showing loose fur on a cowhide rug.

• There are some splits in the skin around the edges but overall it is in good vintage condition.
