This is a beautiful and very old leather bag. We thing it maybe an old mailman’s bag We found this treasure on our travels through a Georgian town called Oatlands. This leather is very thick and heavy and the edge of the rim at the opening, It is far from perfect with a missing buckle on the front, and scratches to the worn leather, but that is part of its charm and history. The leather straps are also broken, so fix it up, or leave it as wonderful display piece. Please refer to the photographs and the dimensions.
