Vintage Sailor Victorian masks by Cesar 1950s France Halloween

This is a vintage Victorian man / sailor mask. It doesn’t have a sticker but I would say it was manufactured by Cesar, France circa 1950s – 1960s. This is thin plastic, and does have some ware and tear as he is so fragile. He has some major cracks around his chin to his lip, and the back of his blue hat. There is also no string.
