Vintage Cameo silverplated teaspoon Noumea souvenier BYLBT

This is a vintage silverplated Cameo brand teaspoon  with “Noumea” inscribed in red script at the top of the emblem within a visual representation of the various islands within the region.

The teaspoon is stamped on the rear with the markings “Perfection Plate, Made In Australia”. at the top of the spoons rear,  there is an image of a womans face stamped into the spoon with the words “Cameo, Silverplated” stamped underneath. It is in good condition, but there is tarnishing to the EPNS.  Please refer to the photographs.
