This is a stunning pedestal bowl. The base is made from chromed metal with a stamp Celtic Plate, made in England. The bowl is made from a mottled brown Bakelite. Under the Bakelite bowl is stamped: Reg No 844059. It has green and red mottled colour throughout the bowl. There are no chips or cracks. There are some pitted marks on the chromed silver plate on the top of the base. It has pretty embossed flowers and leaves around the edges. Please refer to the photographs.
