Vintage silver pedestal butter dish EPNS condiment OT4

This is a beautiful silver plated small condiment dish on a pedestal base. It is stamped EPNS A1 on the bottom of the base. This would be perfect to dispense condiments butter on your vintage table. There metal is tarnished and has surface scratches. I also think it is missing the original handle, as you can see from underneath the dish, where it would have been attached. Please refer to the photographs.
