Vintage old print H Nichols 1889 glass wooden frame

This is a very old vintage print by the artist H Nichols 1889. I am unsure if it is a lithoprint as there are no marking but I would say the print is around the 1900s-1920. The print looks so much better in real life, as it was hard to take the photographs through the glass. It is however far from perfect, as the top right hand corner , the print has been torn, and the bottom right hand corner there is a water stain. The frame is carved wood, and has been painted in a rose colour bronze. The glass is thick and has no chips or cracks. This is a heavy piece, so I would prefer pick up as it weighs approx 5.5 kgs packaged.
