This is a beautiful piece, but unfortunately there is some damage. I think the base is made from alabaster, and the seaguls are on a wire, where they are flying. One of the seagul’s both tips of the wings have broken off. They are made from a plastic or it could be bakelite. Please refer to the photographs.
