Vintage bird figure kitsch noise eyes light up

This piece is so bad, it’s good! I would say circa 1970s, and the bird has real feathers, and when turned on, makes a horrible chirping noise and the eye light up red, as if it possessed. It is missing the cover on the right eye, but still lights up. It is in good condition, but does show some wear and tear. Please refer to the photographs.
