These are two beautifully hand carved solid wood book ends of elephants. I would say they are quite old. The wood is in fantastic condition, very smooth to touch. One of the tusks is a little loose, and each of the elephants are missing a nail in the toe. They both have secret compartments, to hide your valuables. They come apart like a jixsaw. They would make a fantastic display. Please refer to the photographs.
