This is a fabulous Japanese and very “Kitsch” coy fish clock. The gold fish and base is made from a light weight plastic, with a gold anodised paint to give the illusion that it is a heavy metal. The face is glass. It keeps great time, and has “made in Japan” on the clock face, and a sticker on the back. There is one imperfection is a small chip at the back of the coy fish in the plastic, but can’t be seen face on. It is battery operated, and does have some minor surface scratches.
