This is a fabulous 1980s Cicena, “Rhonda” green neon phone. This is a fantastic collectors piece, and in excellent condition. The neon works well, but the actual ringing in and out has not been tested. There are a few minor surface scratches in the plastic, but no chips or cracks. Please refer to the photographs.
