Vintage WWI -WWII military leather jacket trench coat size XL leatsuit

This is an amazing piece of history. There is no makers mark, or name, but I think this is an old Military WWI to WWII leather trench coat. I would say that the size is an XL. There is no lining, except for the pockets inside the jacket, which are falling apart. There is also a tear be seen just below the pocket. The belt is also missing. The leather is a dark brown colour. The leather shows wear. The seams are all in tact, except the tear on one of the pockets, as noted previously.  The top button is also chipped, made from Bakelite. There is no previous history known about this jacket. Please refer to the photographs.
