Vintage Womens wool blend with black velvet long jacket size 12 ylbt3

This is a vintage 70% wool and 30% Nylon jacket. circa 1980’s. It is quite thick and is fully lined. It has a button closure, two pockets on either side. There are no holes or tears. It is a size 14 but I would say it would fit a size 12 better. The bust 90 cm, waist 70cm , and hip 95 cm. It has a black velvet collar, and velvet trimming on the pockets. There is no label as it has been cut off, so I am unsure what the brand is. The wool label looks to be Australian, therefore Aussie made. Please refer to the photographs.
