This is vintage “Blockout” dress, made in Australia, circa 1990’s. It is a light weight, thin , silky material. It has adjustable straps, and an elastic waist, so there is some give.Great summer dress for hot nights, or through it over your bathers. It is made from polyester/elastane, and says it is a size L. I would say it would fit a size 12 better. It is in excellent vintage condition. Please refer to the photographs.
