Vintage Girls summer pink flower dress

This is as cute as a button. It is vintage and looks to be hand made as there is no size or label, so please carefully look at the dimensions.  The material is quite thick and has fluorescent pink and blue flowers with a white back ground. There are a couple of very slight stains on the material which was quite hard to photograph, due to being so faint.  There are no holes or tears and would look delightful on any little girl. Please refer to the photographs. I think it maybe a size 12 to 14 girls.
