Vintage book The Foundling Francis Cardinal Spellman 1953

This is a vintage Hard cover  book The Doundling written by Francis Cardinal Spellman. IT was published by Hutchinson and Co, 1953. The book is in average condition as some of the pages are coming away from the binding, and is missing the dust jacket. Please refer to the photographs.

A wounded WWII veteran returns to New York City and stops into St Peter’s Cathedral on Christmas Eve and finds a real live baby in the creche. The book follows the baby and the soldier throughout the child’s life.
