Vintage book The Edge of the Sword hardcover Anthony Farrar-Hockley 1950’s PUTW

This is a  hard cover book , ” The Edge of the Sword ” by Anthony Farrar-Hockley 1950’s  , published by  Readers book club, Melbourne Australia.  The pages have minor yellowing, and the dust jacket does have creasing some tears  and also has amazing graphics. The binding is in excellent conditions and all the pages are in tact. One page before the story begins has been torn out. I suspect it has the name of the person who owned the book on that page.
