This is a  hard cover book , ” Such is life” by Tom Collins , 1944, published by Angus and Robinson.  The pages have minor yellowing and stainging around the edges, and the dust jacket does have creasing some minor tears . The binding is in excellent conditions and all the pages are in tact. Please refer to the photographs.
