This is a vintage book  1st Edition, The Complete Cookery Encyclopedia 1973. It has over 3000 recipes, 48 coloured plates, over 600 photographs. It has a clear plastic cover over the dust jacket it keep it in great condition.  It has the person name on one of the first pages. There is also some age marks on the first couple of pages, and along the side of the pages. This has amazing recipes and teaches how to preserve, meat, fruit, bread so much information. There are some age spots on the side of the pages, and shows wear. The binding is all intact.  Please refer to the photographs.
